Our oil mill
The origin of Aulisua, there is a passion and the desire to share it with as many people as possible.
If it is true that “Olivier and the Mediterranean are inseparably linked. Whether we are talking about culture, history, society, religion, production, agriculture, maritime trade, landscapes, cuisine, health, aesthetics, the olive tree is present as a marker of a specific medium. It is thus possible to associate Mediterranean civilization and civilization of the olive tree. Eastern or Western, the Mediterranean is the land of the olive tree”[1].
Algeria is with Tunisia, among the first producers of olive oil in the Maghreb, the 9th in the Mediterranean.
However, in the profession of olive grower, there are notable differences. it is often said that high productivity does not go hand in hand with good quality.
So how to find it? What is a quality olive oil and according to what standards? What do the prices attributed to olive oils mean?
We wanted to make our contribution to consumers by answering all their questions and allowing you at the same time to discover our treasures of the Algerian terroir.
