Our history

At the origin of Aulisua, men and women passionate about olive growing.

“Olive oil comes in different qualities. Depending on its manufacturing and handling process, olive oil can also have very variable taste differences from one region to another, from one country to another. »

In Algeria, as throughout the Mediterranean region, the cultivation of the olive tree has a long tradition.

Indeed, olive trees or oleasters are typically Mediterranean and have grown in this region of the world due to an exceptional climate and soil.

Also, if the names diverge: Oléastre, Azzemour, Olivier, Elaia, Olea, Zitoun… Olive oil is first and foremost a natural product to which no additions have been made. Product of the earth, the olive tree is both the nature and the culture of the Mediterranean.

“All Mediterranean civilizations and religions make the olive tree a sign of union or belonging. »[2].

Our Aulisua brand has set itself the goal of producing quality olive oils.

We produce and market under the Aulisua appellation olives rigorously selected from local producers. We favor short circuits to end up with an oil of exceptional quality.

However, our oil mill aims to help other local producers to develop and produce quality crops. For this, we put our expertise at the service of the community.
